  • • Chargers and cables: 3 months

Warranty period starts from the date of purchase as shown on your receipt.

2. Warranty Coverage

Products are covered for free repair/replacement when:

  • • Product is within warranty period
  • • Warranty seal is intact
  • • Manufacturing defect present
  • • Used according to instructions

3. Not Covered by Warranty

  • • Products outside warranty period
  • • Damaged or tampered warranty seal
  • • User-caused damage:
    • - Drops or impacts
    • - Water damage or moisture
    • - Incorrect voltage usage
    • - Pest or insect damage

4. Warranty Process

  3. 3. Bring product to warranty center or ship via mail
  4. 4. Receive warranty service receipt
  5. 5. Wait for notification and collect repaired product

5. Processing Time

  • • Simple repairs: 3-5 business days
  • • Complex repairs: 7-14 business days
  • • Parts replacement: May take longer depending on availability

6. Replacement Policy

If a product cannot be repaired or repair costs exceed 50% of the product value, we will consider replacing it with the same model or an equivalent product.
