- • Travel accessories: 6 months
- • Chargers and cables: 3 months
Warranty period starts from the date of purchase as shown on your receipt.
2. Warranty Coverage
Products are covered for free repair/replacement when:
- • Product is within warranty period
- • Warranty seal is intact
- • Manufacturing defect present
- • Used according to instructions
3. Not Covered by Warranty
- • Products outside warranty period
- • Damaged or tampered warranty seal
- • User-caused damage:
- - Drops or impacts
- - Water damage or moisture
- - Incorrect voltage usage
- - Pest or insect damage
4. Warranty Process

- 2. Provide product information and describe the issue
- 3. Bring product to warranty center or ship via mail
- 4. Receive warranty service receipt
- 5. Wait for notification and collect repaired product
5. Processing Time
- • Simple repairs: 3-5 business days
- • Complex repairs: 7-14 business days
- • Parts replacement: May take longer depending on availability
6. Replacement Policy
If a product cannot be repaired or repair costs exceed 50% of the product value, we will consider replacing it with the same model or an equivalent product.
