Returns Policy

1. Return Conditions

Products can be returned if:

  • • Product is in original condition, unused
  • • All tags, accessories, and gifts included (if applicable)
  • • Original receipt or proof of purchase included
  • • Within 30 days of delivery

2. Eligible Returns

  • • Manufacturing defects
  • • Wrong item or color received
  • • Damage during shipping
  • • Product doesn't match description

3. Return Process

4. Return Costs

  • • Free returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damage
  • • Customer pays return shipping for other cases
  • • Return shipping costs deducted from refund (if applicable)

Refunds processed via original payment method:

  • • Credit/debit card refund

Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after receiving returned product
