Returns Policy
1. Return Conditions
Products can be returned if:
- • Product is in original condition, unused
- • All tags, accessories, and gifts included (if applicable)
- • Original receipt or proof of purchase included
- • Within 30 days of delivery
2. Eligible Returns
- • Manufacturing defects
- • Wrong item or color received
- • Damage during shipping
- • Product doesn't match description
3. Return Process
- 1. Contact customer service at 1-800-ONAMI or returns@onami.com
- 2. Provide order information and return reason
- 3. Receive return authorization and packaging instructions
- 4. Ship product back to our address
- 5. Receive replacement or refund within 7-10 business days
4. Return Costs
- • Free returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damage
- • Customer pays return shipping for other cases
- • Return shipping costs deducted from refund (if applicable)
5. Refund Methods
Refunds processed via original payment method:
- • Bank transfer
- • Credit/debit card refund
- • Digital wallet (PayPal, etc.)
Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after receiving returned product
